Dr. Mario makes its return as a downloadable game for the Nintendo Wii as one of the first WiiWare titles. Drop colored pills into a jar of germs and stack the same colors on top of one another to defeat the evil germs. Four of the same color in a row of column will remove it from the jar. Much like Tetris, Dr. Mario Online RX is an addictive updated version of the original. Battle your friends in your living room or go online and take on the world. This version of the game also includes a new style of play that allows you to use the Wiimote to move the pills around the jar. Don't worry, you can still play with a d-pad on the Wiimote just like the original NES version did.
