Cell Phone Cheats
During gameplay, press Up to bring up Niko's cell phone, then hit Up again to bring up the keypad where you can enter any of the following codes. After you've activated a code, the Cheats menu will become available below Options. You can then access that cheat at any point in the future without having to re-enter the code. Note: If you don't want a record kept that you activated the Cheats menu, don't save your game! Using certain cheats can prevent you from obtaining certain XBox Achievements, but only for the current game session - the next time you start the game and load your save, they will be unblocked. The number of times you've used cheats is noted in the game stats.
