Suits

The suits available to Tony Stark have 5 key stats: armor, repulsors, power systems, auxilary weapons, and mobility. Any of the unlockable suits can only initially be used in One Man Army Mode. After beating the game on any difficulty, you may use any suit.

The Mark III is the only suit that can be customized with various components. The other suits are custom outfitted. However, all the suits are effected by your current tech levels. For example, a higher core system tech will increase the health bar and a higher power core tech increases your energy bar.
