Floating
You can do this from the start of the game. Anytime you are in the air, wiggle the Wind Cursor on screen just below Toku and he will gently float to the ground.
Gust
Press and hold the A button while drawing a short straight line through Toku, then release A.
Slipstream
To create a slipstream, hold B and draw the slipstream path, then release B to activate slipstream. Draw a slipstream line across fire or water to use that element on other items.
Vortex
Hold A and draw a circle, then release A to create a Vortex. Use Vortex around airborne objects to suspend them in mid-air. Try Gusting them while they're suspended!
Jumbrella Cape
To activate the Jumbrella cape, press and hold Z will in the air. Then use the Slipstream power to control how Toku glides through the air.
