Cheat Menu

Max Payne 2 has a cheat menu that, once unlocked, allows you to choose from a variety of cheats.

To unlock the cheat menu, start a new game. Then go to the main menu, hold down both analog sticks and both triggers while entering the following code: 

White, Black, Black, White, White, Black

If you did it right, you should see the cheat menu at the bottom of the screen.
