Unlock All Factions:
Applying This cheat requires you to edit some game file. MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE PROCEEDING.
To start, open up the [game directory]\Data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign\descr_strat.txt file with Notepad. Inside you will see a list of all the nations you can use as default, including the non-playable nations. Copy and paste the unlockable factions into the playable nations, then save the file. Now go back to the game and start a new campaign and all of the factions will be unlocked. Do not copy the end non-playables if you do it could result in the game crashing.
