The End Easy Fight

While fighting The End open up your menu, go to map and enter the Konami Code (Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, start). If The End is in the area you'll see a little red dot giving away his position. Note: This only works up to Normal mode. Beyond that, you're on your own.

Those Damn Scientists

When you sneak in to the Granin Research Facility you have to don your scientist disguise in order to get past the majority of the guards without an alert. However if you run in to a "fellow" scientist, they don't recognize you and you trigger an alert. The way around the problem? When you see a scientist, go in to your menu and equip another uniform. Go to your backpack and equip a box. Put on the box and sneak right by. They'll stare at you, but they won't do a damn thing. If you want video proof of this, watch the video below:
