A harder difficulty setting you will be awarded when you complete the game on Normal.

Muramasa's Prizes

This will be unlocked when you complete the game. You can find it at the bottom of the main menu once it's unlocked. Here you will be able to see what each of the Wood Amulets gives you. They can be anything from Character Data, Character Diaries, game cinemas and more.
