Kamiki Village
Komuso
Listen to Komuso and battle three imps. He will state the time it took you to defeat them and this will simply repeat. You need to defeat the three imps in under 12 Seconds to earn his Praise.
Mushi
Find and Listen to the kid in blue, Mushi. If you can dig up 10 turnips in a row from his mother's garden, he will give you Praise if you bring the last one to him. The trick is though, you can't be hit by his mother, step off the garden or take too long in between turnips. It's best to dig up one turnip, run around and avoid his mom until she gives up, then dig up another one. Just keep up this routine and collect 10 turnips in a run to earn the Praise of Mushi.
Mrs. Orange
You will find Mrs. Orange washing clothes in the river near the bridge. Speak with her a few times to learn that she is missing her drying pole. Step away from her to find two poles sticking out of the ground. Draw a line between the poles to create her drying pole. Speak with Mrs. Orange again to learn that she also needs sunlight to dry the clothes. Look directly above the wet clothes and draw a circle in the sky to create the sun. Mrs. Orange will now give you Praise for your doings.
Sun Fragment
Directly after you acquire the Water Lilly skill, you will find yourself practicing behind Susano's house. Use your new ability to hop onto the small island and open the chest to find the Sun Fragment.
Camille
Once you return to the village with the Bloom technique under you belt, head up to the Sakuya Tree and speak to Camille. If you are having trouble with Sakuya appearing every time you near the tree, try stepping back down the path and then approaching the tree but not going under the archway. Once you have listened to Camille, simply attack her once to earn her Praise.
Clovers
- Once you have the Water Lilly technique, go behind Susano's house and look out at the far island. It's the larger one past the small one that contained the Sun Fragment. Use your Water Lilly power or swim out to the island. Make your way around to the back side of the island where the edge is steep. You will slip off the front side. Along the backside, draw on the water to create a water lilly and jump onto the island. Find the glowing green beam of light in between the trees and dig it up to reveal the wilted Clover. Use the Bloom technique on it to bring it back to life and collect the Praise.
- With the Vine technique, find your way to the waterfall behind the sake maker's house. To the upper left of the waterfall you will see a Konohana Blossom Use the blossom along with the Vineability to reach the high ledge. Once on the blossom, drop down to the ledge just below and dig up the clover under the green beam of light. Bring the clover back to life and receive your Praise.
Shinshu Field
Ida
You'll find Ida, the messenger, on the east side of the river almost directly across from the Guardian Sapling. If you don't have one, go buy the Traveler's Charm from the Merchant and then talk to Ida. You will offer him the charm and give you Praise for doing so.
Ida's Challenge
Once you have helped Ida by giving him the Traveler's Char, you will find him running around Shinshu field. Talk to him and he will challenge you. All you need to do is catch up to him and hit him with a normal attack to "tackle" him. Once you do this he will reward you with Praise.
Hana Valley
Sun Fragment
If you take the time to find and use the Bloom technique on all the black trees in Hana Valley, a treasure chest will appear in front of wall painting. Open the chest to receive the Sun Fragment.
Clovers
- When you enter Hana Valley from Shinshu Field, look to the right to see a glowing beam of light on the opposite side of the river. Cross the river and dig up the wilted clover and bring it back to life with the Bloom technique.
- Before crossing the first bridge, there will be a tree standing alone on a small island to the left. Jump to the island and dig a hole where the green beam of light shines to revive the withered clover.
Agata Forest
The Sleeping Bear
You will find that same sleepy bear from Hana Valley here on the northeast ridge of the map. Near where you enter the Agata Forest from Shinshu Field for the first time. The bear will be sleeping standing on an acorn. If you follow that narrow path down a ways you will find a big round cabbage-like ball. Now, carefully push the giant ball up the narrow path. Try to hug the wall to the left to avoid pushing it off the ledge. If you do happen to push it off the ledge. Step into a house and back out into the forest to reset the ball in its starting position. Push the ball all the way up to the sleeping bear to earn his Praise. Defeat the Demon Gates near the Merchant to discover another large ball. If you push this ball up to the bear, he will reward you with more Praise.
Clovers
- You will find one Clover behind the great Guardian Sapling located in the cave. Dig it up and make it blossom to receive Praise.
Tsuta Ruins
Clovers
- Once the enter the ruins, you will make your way into the room to the right. There, you will find a nasty tree out on a small island. Make the nasty tree blossom and then use the Water Lilly technique to jump out onto the tiny island. Dig up the beam of green light and make the wilted clover bloom to earn its Praise.
- After the room with the first clover, you will enter a long corridor where you will have to wall jump at the end of to reach the higher level. Turn completely around as soon as you land to look back at the corridor below. Along the right side near the ceiling you will see a narrow ledge. Jump and attack in midair to reach the ledge. Follow the ledge all the way back until you are high above the last room you were in. You will see a green beam glowing in the far corner of the ledge. Dig up the clover and make it blossom for Praise.
- As you climb the giant mushroom you made grow you should see a green light beam on a far away ledge. Jump to the ledge you can reach to the left and start up the tunnel. If you Cherry Bomb the first inlet to the right you will blow a hole in the unmarked wall. This portion is not crack like the wall further up. If you can't find it, use the map to see where the tunnel should lead but doesn't. Once you have found the unmarked hole you can follow the tunnel around to the ledge you saw earlier to dig up the clover and make it blossom.
- When you find the second Origin Mirror in the ruins after restoring the small bridge, climb up the tall grass littered platforms behind it. You will find a hole that will lead you out to a ledge high above the entrance to this level. To the left is a glowing beam of light that will reveal a wilted clover once dug up. Bring the clover back to life and collect its Praise.
- Once the water has been cleaned, to the west of the main entrance to the ruins is a small island with a Cursed Tree on it. Make the tree blossom then use the Water Lilly technique to jump onto the now safe island. Dig up the green light beam to find the wilted clover and bring it back to life to receive Praise.
Taka Pass
Tea Master
Talk to the Tea Master near the entrance from Agata Forest. You'll find the Molsters to the west of the Tea Master, up on a small hill. Approach their circle of holes to be introduced to them. Once they begin their "special dust cloud trick" you'll need to hit Moley, the one in blue. Tap the 2 Button so the camera will pull out and give you a wide view. Watch for the mole in blue to pop out of a hole and hit him. If you are having trouble catching him, try following his dust trail from his previous hole to the next one. Hit Moley three times to defeat them. Once he gives up, pick up the yellow teacup and carry it back to the Tea Master. He will give you the Golden Mushroom.
Molsters
Return to the Molsters during the daytime later in the game. Moley will want to play his game with you. You'll need to hit him three times. Each time you hit him though, the moles will get faster and faster. Carefully follow Moley's dust path and hit him where he pops up. After hitting him the third time, they will reward you with a treasure.
Tea Customer
If you talk to the Tea Customer near the Agata Forest entrance, he will tell you how he needs a pinwheel from Kusa Village. Go to Kusa Village and buy the Pinwheel from the Merchant there. Return to the Tea Customer in Taka Pass and give him the Pinwheel to receive his Praise.
Clovers
- Take the first cave along the left southern wall coming from the Agata Forest. Behind the large tree you will find a glowing green beam of light. Dig up the clover and bring it back to life to collect more Praise.
- Once you have the Waterspout ability, return to the small pond near the Cutter's house. Draw a straight line up from the bubbling flowing water that is popping out of the pond. Do this to create a Power Springs. Climb the tall pillar of water and jump to the ledge high above the house. Dig up the clover and bring it back to life to receive some Praise.
- With the Digging Champ ability, your will find a cracked glowing rock to the west near the City Checkpoint exit. Dig here to discover a hole in the ground. Drop into the hole to find a clover to dig up and Bloom back to life.
- In the same cave in the ground you found the last clover, you can actually find two more clovers. These two are hidden behind the tall rocks. Dig them up and revive them to gain more Praise.
Kusa Village
Flower Girl
Once you have the Galestorm ability, use it on the small well in the middle of the main part of the village. There is a windmill on the top of it. Make the small windmill turn to bring water back to the small village and the little Flower Girl down below will give you Praise.
Kumuso
Clovers
- This clover is on the lower level of the village map. Near where you will find Kumuso and the Canine Warrior Rei. Dig up the green beam of light and bring the wilted clover back to life to collect its Praise.
- Hop the fence behind Susano and dig up the green beam of light. Bloom the clover to receive Praise.
- Along the narrow path to the Gale Shrine, you will come to a small open area about halfway there. In the back right corner you will see a green beam of light. Dig here to discover a wilted clover. Bring it back to life an receive your Praise.
- Just below Princess Fuse's house you will find a bridge that goes out over a cliff to a small island with a tall wooden lookout. Use the Konohana Blossoms to reach the outpost high above and the cross the long narrow plank. This plank will lead you back to a mountainside balcony with another Blockhead. Hit the talking wall to see his four weak-spots. Quickly memorize them and use the Celestial Brush to copy the dots down. Once you have defeated this Blockhead, find you way into the cave he was guarding and dig up the two clovers hidden under the ground. Bring both clovers back to life and collect the Praise.
Sasa Sanctuary
Clovers
- After acquiring the Waterspout technique, you will be left to a high ledge. On this ledge will be a green beam of light and a wilted clover under the ground. Dig up the clover and bring it back to life to receive your Praise.
Gale Shrine
Sun Fragment
Directly after you acquire the Galestorm technique, you will have to backtrack down the stairs. Just as step back into the windmill you should notice a long corridor that is suspended over that top set of stairs. Jump from the stairs to this overhang and open the treasure chest at the far end to collect the Sun Fragment.
Clovers
- Stand just at the edge of the elevator entrance. Not on the actual lift, but in enough to trigger the high angle view. Draw a Cherry Bomb directly in the center of the elevator so it will launch to a higher floor without you. With it above you, drop into the empty shaft to discover a basement area. Here you will find two glowing green beams of light. Dig up both to discover two wilted clovers. Bloom both of them and collect Praise.
Moon Cave
Clovers
- After obtaining the Inferno technique, you'll reenter the main area of the cave from the kitchen. On the far side there is four tree stumps. The last one should have a green beam of light glowing from it. Dig up the clover and bring it back to life to collect the Praise.
- On the third floor you will cross an semi-invisible path by using the Galestorm. On the other side you will see a green beam of light behind a sand-trap. carefully make your way around the sand-trap and dig up the clover. Make the clover blossom once again and collect the Praise.
City Checkpoint
Clovers
- From the big drawbridge, make your way to the beach below via the ramp to the left. Once on the beach, follow the shoreline south. Keep going until you run out of beach and you will find a green beam of light at the very end. Dig up the clover and bring it back to life to collect its Praise.
- After you lower the drawbridge and bring all the cursed land back to life, a green beam of light will appear to the north of the main path. Dig up the clover and make it blossom once again to receive its Praise.
Ryoshima Coast
Clovers
- After restoring the area land, you will find a clover along the cliffside trail in the northeast corner. Near the fork in the path that lead to the Guardian Sapling. Dig up the clover and restore it to collect its Praise.
- There is a lookout post that over looks the ocean and the wrecked ship in the water. On the path leading here you will find a green beam of light to dig up. Uncover the clover and bring it back to life and receive Praise.
- With the Digging Champ, you will find a rocky patch to the right of the entrance to Sei-City. Dig up the wilted clover and Bloom it to receive Praise.
Imperial Palace
Clovers
- When you are small and first stumble underground, jump on the first Spider Platform to the right and ride it up to the ledge. Hop off to dig up the clover and bring it back to life which you will receive Praise for.
- In the same cave as the first clover, jump up the mushroom platforms and quickly jump on and off the yellow Spider Platform to reach the other ledge. There are two clovers to be found up here. One on this larger ledge and another on a ledge across the way. Jump onto the horizontally moving Spider Platform and then onto the other yellow one to reach the small ledge with the other clover. Dig both up and Bloom them to collect their Praise.
Sei-an City (Aristocratic Qtr.)
Clovers
- After clearing the mist from the city, you will find a clover hidden in the very northeast portion of the map. Dig it up and bring it back to life to receive Praise.
- This clover is hidden in the very northwest section of the map. Dig it up and Bloom it to collect your Praise.
- To the very west, just north of the long bridge, you will find a green beam of light on a small ledge on the other side of a canal. Dig it up and make the wilted clover blossom for Praise.
Sei-an City (Commoners' Qtr.)
Aspiring Carpenter
You will find the Aspiring Carpenter by the canal to the northeast, near Mr Flower's house. Talk to him then create a Waterlilly for him. Hop on the lilly with him and use the Galestorm to travel to the far west. There will be a beam of glowing light at the carpenter's destination. Get him there in a reasonable amount of time and earn his Praise.
Sun Fragment
You will need to have cleared the city of the mist to access this. In the southwest corner of the city you will find a large house that is locked. On the south side of the house you will discover a crack in the wall. Cherry Bomb the cracked wall to gain entrance to the house. Jump up into the rafters and carefully walk on the beam to the right. Follow it until you are above a caged off portion of the room. Drop into the cage and open the chest to collect the Sun Fragment.
