Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 - PS2/Walkthrough

From WikiCheats

Jump to: navigation, search

The dungeon-crawler/school-based Persona 3 is divided up into days, which themselves are separated into two varieties: days with predetermined events that transpire in your school and the surrounding areas, and "free" days where you are allowed to explore at your leisure. During these "free" days, certain actions take up time, ticking away the hours until bedtime, but the choice on how to spend those hours is your own. Days skipped in the walkthrough are free days when nothing particularly important occurs.

April

Starting Out

April 7
After naming yourself and the prelude ends, you'll find yourself in the early morning hours of April 7, 2009. Follow Yakari to the Moonlight Mansion School and read the bulletin board until you find your group: 2nd Grade F. Buy some items at the Store, if you like, then enter the Staff Room to meet your teacher. That night, look at the roster by the counter and save your game there. Head back to your room, or check out the vending machines in the second and third floors. Return to your room on the second floor to finish off the day.

April 8
When you're asked a question in class the next day, answer Fuyuhiko Yoshimura and your Charm skill will increase. Head back to your dorm now to meet Ikutsuki, then ask him any questions you feel like asking. When you're done, go back to your dorm and go to sleep. That night, you'll get the Velvet Key from Igor.

April 9
Another lecture. Choose to keep your eyes open so your Academic skill increases. When the Dark Hour comes round, you'll receive a Small Sword. Take the stairs to the roof and claim the Persona Orpheus. This triggers your first battle with two Cowardly Mayas. Orpheus's Bash skill will take them down with little trouble.

April 18
Finally awake, it's Quiz Day, even though it's a Saturday. Answer "How the tools were made." That night, go to the fourth floor to learn about the SEES and gain the Fool Card for your Social Link to the SEES.

April 19
Junpei joins the SEES, meaning that your group is large enough to start exploring Tartarus…

Into Tartarus

April 20
After school, your group will gather and use the Velvet Key to speak with Igor. When you finally enter Tartarus, you'll have to navigate the floors on your own, as they are randomly generated. Mitsuru will offer a combat tutorial when you meet a shadow, so pay attention! Use Agi to knock the shadows down and use an All-Out Attack to deal the finishing blow. Be sure to pick up the Medicines lying around the maze. When you split up, locate the Access Point, then return to the lobby to increase your Fool Card Social Link to Rank 2. Save your game now and speak with Igor to learn about fusing your Personae. Head back to the dorm when you're done.

April 21
Listen to the lecture (stay awake! Always!) then go to the Police Station in Paulownia Mall with Akihiko. Speak with Officer Kurosawa, then receive 5,000 Yen, but don't go spending it until there's a sale. You can also go explore the city to gain some Charm before you head back to school. Explore the first couple floors of Tartarus if you like, then return to your dorm.

April 22
Kenji meets up with you after school and asks you to go get some ramen with him. Agree to the date to create your Magician Social Link.

April 23
When school ends, you can join one of the school's sports teams, either Swimming, Track, or Kendo. Join one of the teams to create your Chariot Social Link. Study before bed, then fall asleep.

April 24
Meet with Kenji, then head to the mall to see if there are any weapons and armor you want to buy for your team, then explore Tartarus more.

April 25
Head to Iwatodai Station and check out the Used Bookstore. Speak to the elderly people about the Persimmon Tree at the school, then head back there and find the tree in question. Check it for a Persimmon Leaf, then return to the bookstore and show the old man the leaf to create a Hierophant Social Link.

April 26
If you agreed to meet Kenji, do so. Otherwise, go explore Tartarus, trying to get to the sixth or seventh level.

April 27
You're quizzed on math today; I pray you can answer 1 + 1. Afterward, listen to what Mitsuru says about the Student Council, then go to the Faculty Office and speak to Ms. Toriumi about joining. Go to the Student Council Room now and establish your Emperor Social Link. Save your game now and head off to bed.

April 28
Spend this day doing whatever you like. You should probably head to the gym to work on your Chariot arcane. You'll also receive an online game from Junpei.

April 29
Go ahead and play your Innocent Sin Online game today to create your Hermit Social Link.

April 30
Last day of the month. Stay awake through the lecture, then return to your dorm. You'll get a call from Elizabeth asking you to come to the Velvet Room at the mall. There you'll learn about the Requests sidequest, which pretty much entails you fetching or buying items and bringing them back to Elizabeth. If you like, explore Tartarus before bed.

May

May 1
Agree to see Akihiko and meet the man on the way.

May 2
Go to the used bookstore and get the Melon Bread from the old man, Bunkichi. Apart from that, check out Tartarus if you like, then go to your dorm and hit the sack.

May 3
Check the TV for the home shopping show if you want to buy anything (go ahead and pick up the Slash Ward). After that, play your online game until bedtime.

May 4
A free day, so spend it as you wish. Study before bed.

May 5
Purchase a "Mad Bull" from a dorm vending machine, and meet with whoever you agreed to see today.

May 6
When you're quizzed, answer "Basic" for Charm points, then head to the Naganaki Shrine after school and speak to the girl near the jungle gym, Maiko. She wants some food, so buy her a Weird Takoyaki from the Takoyaki stand in Iwatodai Station. She'll also want something to drink, so give her the Mad Bull you bought yesterday. Agree to play with her tomorrow, then leave.

May 7
Return to the shrine and play with Maiko to create the Hanged Man Social Link. Also explore Tartarus, if you're rested up.

May 8
Head to the Student Council to raise your Emperor Arcana, then spend the rest of the day--during which your status is set at "Good"--exploring deep into Tartarus.

Monorail

May 9
Head to the Monorail and board it, then head down the cars. Junpei will run off, leaving you to fight against a pair of Spurious Books. Books tend not to respond too well to fire, so use that to take them down. You'll have to battle two more Spurious Books and a Heat Balance after that. Again use fire on the books, and wind on the Heat Balance. Now proceed down the monorail until you run into Junpei, where you'll have to fight a Spurious Book, Heat Balance, and a Dancing Hand. Fire works on both the Spurious Book and the Dancing Hand, and again use wind on the Heat Balance. When the monorail starts up again, you have eight minutes until it crashes. When the Dancing Hands and the Laughing Table attack, use fire to knock them down, then finish them off with an All-Out Attack. Fight through the shadows in the next car, then exit to face your first boss.

BOSS: Priestess
Hopefully you'll have over five minutes left on the timer when this fight commences. The Priestess likes to summon lesser enemies to assist her in this fight, so quickly take them out whenever they appear. Bufu works well on Muttering Tiaras, which should be taken out post haste since they have the ability to heal the boss. Cleave is probably your best bet, as it has a chance to knock the Priestess down.

Your Fool Arcana Social Link should go up after the battle, after which you'll also learn the "Conserve SP" tactic.

Preparing for Mid-Terms

May 10
Elizabeth calls you today and lets you know that floors 17 through 40 of Tartarus are available for exploration, though it is inadvisable to do so until after Mid-Terms.

May 11
Mid-Terms are a week from today, so pay attention in the lecture. You should also donate money at the shrine (1,000 Yen ought to do it) and eat at Wakatsu Restaurant to improve your Academic stats. Study before bed.

May 13
During today's quiz, choose the answer involving the Theory of Relativity. At night, go explore Tartarus.

May 15
Another quiz; answer "Let me go!" for points. Be sure to donate at the shrine and eat things like the Prodigy Platter, and study before bed.

May 16
Stay awake during today's lecture.

May 17
Check the home shopping program if you want to buy an All-Purpose Katana; otherwise, play your online game to raise your Hermit.

Mid-Terms

May 18
Mid-Terms begin! Hopefully you've reached a rank of 3 in your Academic stats, as doing so will get you through today's test with flying colors.

May 19
In today's test, answer "Mangekyo."

May 20
In today's test, answer "Chaos Theory.

May 21
In today's test, answer "Basic."

May 22
In today's test, answer "How tools are made."

May 23
Last day of exams. Again, a rank of 3 in your Academic stats will get you through this test. After that, go to the used bookstore to hear about the Persimmon Tree being cut down. That night, Akihiko joins the party, meaning that it is now safe to check out the new floors of Tartarus. Do so.

May 24
Check the home shopping program for the All-Purpose Apron.

May 25
And now you'll see the results of your Mid-Term exams. If you did well (and with this walkthrough, you should have) you'll get a nice boost to your Charm stats. You'll also have a lecture, and you can spend time with Maiko if you like.

May 26
If you did well on the Mid-Terms, go talk to Mitsuru after school to receive a Page Card Set, which consists of a Sword of Page, Cup of Page, Wand of Page, and Coin of Page).

May 31
Check the home shopping program for the Health Sandals.

June

June 1
You'll be wearing new uniforms starting today to reflect the warmer climate. Study before bed.

June 2
A lecture; stay awake.

June 7
Check the home shopping network for a Bottle of Perfume and five Medicines, if you're interested. Explore Tartarus that night.

June 8
You'll hear about a girl named Fuuka today, and agree to break into the school that night. Go to the Faculty Office. When Yukari asks you what key she has, tell her she has the Gym Key. Eventually you'll end up in Tartarus, separated from everyone else. Head up to the third floor to find Junpei and Akihiko. You'll find Fuuka shortly thereafter, who takes over Mitsuru's role of enemy analyst in your party. On to the second boss fight!

BOSS: Emperor & Empress
Try to be at or around level 13 for this fight. Give yourself a bow, and make sure you have access to all four elementals. The Emperor is weak against elemental magic while the Empress is weak against your physical attacks. Start with the Empress first, then focus on the Emperor. If they use Paradigm Shift their defenses will switch, so take note of that, and have Fuuka analyze them again to find their weaknesses.

By defeating the Emperor and Empress, you'll learn the "Knock Down" technique.

June 9
After visiting Fuuka at the hospital you'll hear about the new Shinshoudo Antique store. Note that you can't enter Tartarus for the rest of the week, so head off to bed.

June 10
Another lecture. Stay awake!

June 12
When you reach the Dark Hour, a strange boy will visit you to establish your Death Arcana Social Link. You can ask him his name if you feel like it.

June 13
You'll get Mitsuru back in the party today, but Fuuka will still be your enemy analyst. You can also go back to Tartarus tonight, and can explore as far as the 64th floor. Beware if you're venturing that far, however, as the enemies are quite difficult.

June 14
Check the home shopping program for a Brand Purse and a Bottle of Perfume. Other than that, if you have any plans, see to them.

June 15
When prompted during today's quiz, answer "A colon." This should raise your Academics stats.

June 17
Another quiz; answer "Shamanism" to raise your Charm stats. After school's out join the Art, Music, or Photography Club. This creates your Fortune Arcana Social Link.

June 21
Nothing special going on today, just some new items on the home shopping network: a Land Badge and Sappy Jellies. Explore Tartarus at your leisure.

June 22
Quiz time. The correct answer is "Chinese," for which you'll get a Charm boost. Be sure to study tonight. You'll have a string of days with lots of free time now, so be sure and use the hours wisely.

June 28
Check the home shopping program for Champion Gloves and Sappy Jelly.

June 29
Answer "Leonardo da Vinci" in today's quiz to raise your Charm.

July

July 3
The answer to the question in today's quiz is "The 2,000 Yen bill," for which your Charm stats will increase.

July 4
Sale at the pharmacy! Buy a nice supply of Dis-Charms and Me Patra Gems so that you have ten of the first and five of the second.

July 5
Items available today on the home shopping program: a Kevlar Vest and Super Diet Food, all for 14,800 Yen, if you want them.

Iwatodai Hotel

July 7
A full moon tonight. Yukari will be joining you for the operation, so pick two others to join you, whoever's at the highest levels. Head to the Iwatodai Hotel and ascend to the third floor. There, enter the Hierophant's Chamber to find the Hierophant himself, who just so happens to be your next boss!

BOSS: Hierophant
Level 20's a good place to be for this fight. The Hierophant repels electrical attacks and nullifies light and darkness, so stick to your strongest attacks that retain non of those qualities. If you have Junpei in your group, use Assault Drive, and if you have Mitsuri, use Bufula. Yukari should use Garu and the Toy Bow. If the Hierophant happens to hit you with an attack that puts you in Afraid status, use a Me Patra Gem to rid yourself of it.

You're locked in, so take a look in the mirror after Fuuka's suggestion. You'll wake up in another room in the hotel. Give the following string of answers: "What was I…", "That's not true!", "I can't give in!", and "Now's not the time!" You'll break away from the Shadow's advances. Now head to the second floor to find your team and discover that you need to break the correct mirrors keeping you out of the Hierophant's Chamber. You need to destroy the mirror in Room 205, then the one in Room 304 on the third floor. You can now re-enter the chamber, where you must destroy the Lovers.

BOSS: Lovers
Once again, this boss nullifies light and darkness, so don't use attacks with those attributes. The Lovers can hit you with status ailments like Charm and Panic, so be sure to cure yourself of them as soon as they come up with Dis-Charms or Patra Gems. Use Charmdi and Cadenza, and your strongest attacks.

Defeating the Lovers increases your Fool Arcana Social Link and nets your party the Full Assault tactic.

Preparing for Final Exams

July 8
The answer to today's quiz is "O-no-ma-to-pee-ah." This should increase your Charm stats. You can also head to the Bookworm to increase your Hierophant Arcana Social Link. Be sure to study before bedtime.

July 9
Another quiz; the correct answer is "Heian-Kyo became the capital." More of Tartarus is available to you now, floors 65 through 89 to be exact.

July 10
More quizzing, what fun. Answer "Kabbalah" for a Charm increase.

July 11
The last quiz before Final Exams, hooray! Answer "Their hairdos" for a Charm stat upgrade.

July 12
Check the home shopping network for some Max Safety Shoes and three Super Diet Foods, all for 10,000 Yen. Pharos will visit you during the Dark Hour that night, which raises your Death Arcana Social Link to 3.

July 13
A lecture today. Stay awake!

Final Exams

July 14
Your finals begin today. The correct answer is "Jewish."

July 15
The correct answer for the second exam is "Murasaki Shikibu."

July 16
The correct answer for the third exam is "The topknot fired bullets."

July 17
The correct answer for the fourth exam is "Leonardo da Vinci."

July 18
Final exams are over! If you have a rank of 4 in Academics, you'll ace today's quiz.

July 19
Check out the home shopping network for a Mage's Mark and some Super Diet Food. This comes at the price of 39,800 Yen (ouch!).

Beach Vacation

July 20
Your summer vacation begins today. Speak to everyone at the beach, then talk to Akihiko when you want to leave.

July 21
Junpei's out looking for girls. Sheesh. When you meet the girl on the pier, talk to her. This scares her off, so follow her into the forest, sticking to the path until you find her. You'll be introduced to her by Shuji as Aigis, a mechanical maiden, and a new member of SEES.

July 22
Your Fool Arcana Social Link will upgrade to 5 today as your vacation continues.

July 23
Back home from the vacation.

July 24
Your final exam results will be posted today, so check them out. You can walk home with Yukari now if your Charm stat is at rank 6. This creates the Lovers Social Link.

July 25

July 26

Summer Vacation

August 3
Starting today your daytime hours are free, which means most of your school-based Social Links are inaccessible.

August 5
Train today to keep from getting tired.

August 6
Takaya introduces himself, then locks you inside this area. Go down the slope toward the large shadow and start attacking it until it splits. Use Cadenza early on in the battle too raise your chances of evading the shadow's nasty Kill Rush attack. For killing this beast, Fuuka will learn a Third Eye ability and the team learns the Same Target tactic.

August 7
You can buy some nice new (and expensive) weapons and armor at the police station. You won't be able to go to Tartarus, because Mitsuru and Akihiko aren't at the dorm. You'll also get a visit from Pharos, and your Death Arcana Mysterious Boy Social Link should raise to level 5.

August 8
Koromaru joins your team today, so test the new member out tonight in Tartarus, trying to get everyone in your group to around the same level. When you reach the 98th floor, you'll have to face a boss, the three Magic Magus.

BOSS: Magic Magus
The Magus(es?) will primarily use ice attacks, so use your best fire elementals to combat this. Be sure to use Cadenza to help you evade attacks. If you can, get Mitsuru to use Tentarafoo to disable the bosses' ability to cast Bufu.

Upon the bosses' defeat, you can now proceed past the 98th floor.

August 9
Check the home shopping program to buy an Omega Spear and a Vegetable Supplement.

Summer School

August 10
Summer school starts today. If your Academics aren't already at their maximum rank, the stat will go up every day until Saturday.

August 16
You'll probably be asked to go to the Summer Festival today, but you can decline and buy the Safety Disaster Prevention Vest off the home shopping program, if you'd rather.

August 17
Explore Tartarus further. When you reach floor 110, you'll have to fight a boss, the Natural Dancer.

BOSS: Natural Dancer
Bring Yukari along for this fight, and not Junpei. Use your ice spells, and have the Varna Bracers equipped on Mitsuru to increase the damage of her Bufula. The Natural Dancer will charm you from time to time, so bring along your Charmdis for this very reason.

You'll win the Cup of Queen upon victory.

August 23
Buy the Dragon Boots from the home shopping program.

August 28
You'll get a visit from Mitsuru today.

August 30
Check the home shopping program for the Varna Bangle.

BOSS: Hermit
The Hermit uses a lot of high level electricity attacks, so you see why bringing Yukair, who's weak to lightning, would have been a bad idea. BOSS: Strength & Fortune
You won't be able to attack Fortune at first, but it will be using Roulette, which gives you the chance to stop the wheel on a stat increase (or, adversely, a stat decrease). After the battle, go north and you'll face the Hanged Man.

BOSS: Hanged Man
The Hanged Man starts the battle off by summon three small shadows that you have to destroy before you can attack the big kahuna. Aigis is back! Her Persona, Palladion, transforms to Athena.

December 31
First of all, save your game, as you have a very important decision that affects the end of the game coming up tonight. Choose to let Ryoji live to see his true form. You now have to make it to the top of Tartarus by January 31, 2010. Can you do it? Of course you can. Your Fool Arcana Social Link will peak at level 10, and your Judgment Arcana will reach level 1.

January

January 1
It's the year 2010. Time to get cracking on Tartarus. You'll want your party at level 90 eventually, and there's no better place to do that than the upper levels of the tower. Once you go as far as you can go at floor 254, head back and save on the first floor. You can go through the large door on the right there to find an optional dungeon, which is an ideal place to raise levels. Just know that the enemies here are ludicrously strong.

January 8
Back to school today. You'll be asked a question in class; choose the bottom answer to boost your Charm. Go the roof with Junpei after class.

January 12
Class today, so stay awake if you need the Academic boost.

Janurary 15
Another lecture; if you don't know what to do by now, take a long nap.

January 22
Yet another lecture.

January 27
Go talk to the fat kid in the mall. He has a series of questions for you, so here are the correct answers to them: "Pheromone Coffe", "Green", and "Hagakure Bowl." He also wants an Odd Morsel. This should raise your Moon Arcana Social Link.

Stay awake in today's lecture to raise your Academic stats.

Top of Tartarus

January 31
Your group will meet tonight to formulate a plan. After you speak to Mitsuru, head to Tartarus for the last time and go to the 254th floor. The barricade is gone now, so you can continue up. Save at the terminal on floor 258, then head up to fight Jin.

BOSS: Jin
A pretty simple fight; just bring along a Persona with no weaknesses, and Akihiko for support, along with a fighter and healer. If you spent time raising your level in the Monad optional dungeon, Jin won't stand a snowball's chance in Panama of survival. Lightning-based attacks like Thunder Reign work well here.

Continue climbing the tower to the 262nd floor to face off against Takaya.

BOSS: Takaya
Like Jin, Thunder Reign is a good attack to use on Takaya, as are physical attacks. He'll use Mind Charge frequently, so make sure your healer is on their toes to get your HP back up quickly after this.

Climb now to the very top of the tower, where you will find the Nyx Avatar.

BOSS: Nyx Avatar
Nyx Avatar goes through several Arcana, all of which you must defeat. Each time you take down one of the Nyx Avatar's Aracana, have Fuuka analyze the new one so you know how to deal with it. The second Arcana is strong against fire, the third one is strong against ice, the fourth is strong against wind, the fifth one is strong against electric attacks, the sixth one is strong against slash attacks, the seventh is strong against Garu, the eight is strong against physical attacks, the ninth is strong against Agi and Bufu, the tenth is strong against Garu, the eleventh is strong against anything but physical attacks, the twelfth is strong against physical attacks, the thirteenth (Hanged Man) really isn't weak to anything, and the last, Death, is strong against everything, so use Stand By to remove its gown and open it up to your attacks. Once again, Thunder Reign will help you defeat most of them (just make sure you're not using it on the fifth Arcana).

After the battle, you'll be back in the Velvet Room. One final battle to endure…

FINAL BOSS: Nyx
This is hardly a boss; the Nyx Avatar was the true final challenge. You'll be blasted for 9,999 damage, but Nyx still can't kill you. When your HP reach 999, use Great Seal to finish it.

Endgame

After Nyx is destroyed and humanity is saved, the game will jump to March. Sleep for a few days, then watch the game's closing scenes. Congratulations are in order, for you have just completed Persona 3!

Tartarus Mini-Bosses

While going up Tartarus you will end up facing shadows that are stronger then the usual ones on that block, these are unavoidable and must be defeated to continue going up Tartarus. You won't be able to use any one-hit kill spells such as Mudo or Hama to kill these enemies.

Thebel Block

Venus Eagle

Floor: 5

Arcana: Empress

Strengths: Fire, Wind

Weakness: Pierce

This battle will have 3 of them to fight and it is easiest if you have a bow equipped. You can knockdown each one with your bow and continue doing an "all out attack" on them till they're dead. If you don't have a bow equipped when going into this battle you'll have to rely on Yukari to knock them down. The will use wind attacks against you so having a persona that is strong against wind is recommended. Do not use fire attacks against them since it will just heal them, also all wind attacks will be nulled.

Dancing Hand

Floor: 10

Arcana: Magician

Strengths: Fire, Ice, Wind, Electricity

Weakness: Strike

This battle will be against 3 of them and will require you to keep them down as often as possible. Since you won't have any weapons that will provide a strike based attack you will need to use Orpheus' Bash skill. Since these shadows can use all the elemental based skills you will need to make sure you keep everyone's health up. You should have Apsaras at this point with Orpheus, this will allow you to use the Cadenza skill which heals the entire party as well as increases hit and evasion rate. Avoiding using wind attacks as they will just block it.

Rampage Drive

Floor: 14

Arcana: Chariot

Strengths: Strike, Slash, Pierce, Fire

Weaknesses: None

This shadow will block any pierce attack and repel any strike attacks, since it is also strong against slash attacks this battle will be tough. His main attacks will be strike attacks and having a persona that is either strong or blocks strikes altogether is recommended. At this stage Ara-Mitama will probably be the persona that fits the bill here, you will still need to switch to Orpheus or Apsaras to use Cadenza when needed. You can set Yukari to Heal/Support if you are getting damaged a lot but if you are carrying the healing load you should just leave her to attack him. Make sure you have stocked up on some Revival Beads to revive anyone that has fallen. His most dangerous attack is Assault Dive which, depending on your level, may kill you in one hit.

Arqa Block

Crying Table

Floor: 25

Arcana: Magician

Strengths: Strike, Fire

Weaknesses: Ice

For this fight you can use Bufu skills to take out these shadows pretty quickly, since they will block all strike attacks and heal from fire attacks, it's best to put Akihiko on Heal/Support while the rest of you attack the shadow. Any persona that has the Bufu skill can be used here, I would suggest not using Forneus since he is weak to fire. If you have Ara-Mitama and Angel you can fuse them to obtain Yomotsu-Shikome since she will have Bufu as one of her skills.

Change Relic

Floor: 36

Arcana: Empress

Strengths: Wind

Weaknesses: None

This battle won't be too hard if you have Dis-Poison or a persona with Posumudi. The persona you could fuse to give you the Posumudi skill is Nigi-Mitama or you could level up Apsaras and then fuse her to try to create another persona with Posumudi. If you don't have a persona with Posumudi, you should at least have a persona that is strong against wind attacks. The main attacks of this shadow will be Magarula and Poison Mist. Most likely Junpei will die quite a bit during this battle but if the other members are strong enough you won't really need to revive him. Yukari should be set to Heal/Support here because the shadow will block wind attacks and most of the damage will be done between you, Akihiko and Junpei.

Golden Beetle

Floor: 47

Arcana: Emperor

Strengths: Slash, Strike, Pierce, Ice

Weakness: Electricity

Party Members: Yukari, Junpei, Akihiko

You will need to find a persona with either Zio or Mazio to deal lightning damage and knockdown these guys. It seems as though using Zio will give you a better chance of hitting them but Mazio will be cheaper if it doesn't miss an enemy. Having the Knockdown tactic would be useful here and will also allow Akihiko to help you get two "all out attacks" in in one turn. These Beetles will block all Ice attacks so bringing Mitsuru along is a waste of space. They will probably use the skill Kill Rush and this may have the chance of killing you in one hit if they also increased their strength.

Intrepid Knight

Floor: 59

Arcana: Emperor

Strengths: Slash, Strike, Pierce, Wind

Weakness: None

Party Members: Yukari, Akihiko, Mitsuru

This battle will be tough, his main skills that he will use is Magarula, Garudyne, Mind Charge, Hama and Kill Rush. If you are level 25 or higher, I would suggest fusing a Principality since it is strong against both wind and light attacks. If not then hold onto any persona that is strong against wind attacks and be ready to heal your party. Yukari should be set to Heal/Support and the other two can just attack. Since he is strong to physical attacks it'll take a large amount of time to kill him when your attacks hardly do any damage but keep at it and keep Mitsuru and Akihiko alive since they will probably be providing most of the damage. An easy but risky way to defeat him would be to fuse Narcissus and try to charm him, if it works you can keep attacking him and not have to worry about him attacking you back, though most likely charm won't work all the time and the time wasted trying to charm him could have him killing you.

Yabbashah Block

Furious Gigas

Floor: 72

Arcana: Strength

Strengths: Strike, Fire

Weakness: Wind

Party Members: Yukari, Akihiko, Mitsuru

You don't want to bring Junpei since no fire attacks will work on this shadow. If you can fuse a persona with any variation of Garu skills and strong against Strike attacks, this will help immensely though all you really need is a persona with Garu attacks. Set Yukari to Knockdown and Mitsuru to Heal/Support only if you are being damaged a lot if not Mitsuru can Act Freely. You will need to keep them down with wind attacks and Yukari will do the same. If you need to heal Knockdown all the shadows and relent to heal.

Fanatic Tower

Floor: 85

Arcana: Hierophant

Strengths: Slash, Pierce, Fire, Ice, Elec

Weakness: None

Party Members: Any

With this battle, you can bring Yukari because she will be the only one to be able to damage him with magic but she is also weak to his electric attacks so it's a risk/reward choice. I wouldn't bring her at all and would stick with the other 3 since Mitsuru can heal and Junpei and Akihiko have strike attacks. Set Mitsuru or Yukari to Heal/Support and you should have Kusi-Mitama as your persona since he's strong against electric attacks and also has wind attacks. The attacks he'll use is Zionga, Mazionga and Poison Mist, make sure to use Dis-Poison right away whenever you get poisoned and keep your health up.

Magical Magus

Floor: 98

Arcana: Magician

Strengths: Ice

Weakness: Fire

Party Members: Yukari/Mitsuru, Junpei, Koromaru

Yukari/Mitsuru is used mainly as a healer so whoever has the better healing spell will be used here. Junpei and Koromaru should be set to Knockdown to take advantage of the shadow's weakness. Equip a persona that is strong to Ice attacks and has variations of the Agi Fire attack, even though they do have Ice Break, it's better to have them waste a turn using it on you then to have no resistance and have them use Mabufula right away. Lamia is probably the best choice here unless you can fuse another persona that will inherit a fire based attack while having an Ice immunity. Depending on your level you this battle can be very easy or really tough only because Mabufula could destroy you, if you are in the latter use some magic mirrors to take some of the damage. Though being able to do 3 all out attacks during one turn should make things fairly easy.

Natural Dancer

Floor: 110

Arcana: Lovers

Strengths: Wind

Weakness: None

Party Members: Yukari, Mitsuru, Akihiko

Even though the shadow is strong against Wind, Yukari is only there to heal and dispel charm. The worst thing that this shadow does is charm your entire party. I would max level a Saki-Mitama with Null Charm and Divine Grace wouldn't hurt either since it'll greatly increase your healing skills. Whenever your party is charmed remove it immediately with Dis-Charm or Charmdi and just keep attacking. I would suggest keeping some Homunculus' on you to protect you from Hamaon, if you did gain the item from Narcissus, Narcissist's Flower, you can equip that and instead use a persona that is strong against Wind attacks. He can also use Tetrakarn that will repel all physical attacks, so watch out for that. You'll probably go through several tries before getting the hang of how to fight this boss since he's kinda random on what skills he will use. If the wind spells are causing you trouble switch to a strong vs. Wind persona and keep a lot of Dis-Charm on you.

Tziah Block

Arcane Turret

Floor: 122

Arcana: Chariot

Strengths: Slash, Strike, Pierce, Fire, Elec

Weakness: Ice

Party Members: Mitsuru, Any

This is a fairly simple battle, just have a persona that has strong Bufu skills and keep knocking them down. Mitsuru should be set to knockdown and the others can act freely or heal if you have Yukari. He is immune to fire and electric attacks so its better to have Yukari and Aigis in your party but you could Junpei and have him just use his physical attacks.

Sleeping Table

Floor: 135

Arcana: Magician

Strengths: Slash, Strike, Pierce, Fire

Weakness: None

Party Members: Yukari, Junpei, Koromaru

Since this shadow attacks with Maragidyne you should be fine with a persona that is strong against fire and hit back with any strong spells, Strike attacks won't work on this shadow so don't bother with it. Junpei and Koromaru are mainly there to take hits and not die, you don't need both of them but it's better then having the others who can be killed easily. Yukari should be set to Heal/Support and if needed you might have to take up that role as well. Try to have a persona with Mediarama and if it isn't fire immune you can switch to it to heal when needed. You just have to watch out for Hamaon and Megidola, since both of these spells will hurt. Make sure you have Homunculus to protect yourself.

Hell Knight

Floor: 146

Arcana: Emperor

Strengths: Fire, Ice, Elec, Wind

Weakness: None

Party Members: Mitsuru, Junpei, Shinjiro

This shadow will absorb all electric attacks so there's no point in bringing either Akihiko or Ken, also it will attack with electric spells so having Yukari or Aigis will be a death sentence for them. Set Mitsuru to Heal/Support and the other two can just attack, since this shadow takes regular damage from physical attacks it's better just to attack and heal whenever necessary.

Mythical Gigas

Floor: 160

Arcana: Strength

Strengths: Slash, Strike, Pierce, Fire

Weakness: None

Party Members: Yukari, Mitsuru, Akihiko

This shadows will absorb Fire spells and will repel Strike attacks. Pierce attacks are also ineffective against him, you'll have to focus on attacking with your strong spells. Having a persona that can block Slash attacks would be good, as he will be able to attack you with Deathbound. You can set Yukari to Heal/Support if you find that Deathbound is doing a large amount of damage to your party, also you could use an Attack Mirror here to repel his attack back at him.
