Adventure Mode- story/main game
Lost Prologue
The Lost Prologue is the tutorial section of the game. Each section, called a paragraph, teaches you a different move or skill. You don't have to do all of them, you should unlock the sand oasis level by the 8th paragraph or so.
1: Tilt the Wii Remote left and right and collect 50 Rings. Sonic moves forward on his own, so all you have to do is steer.
2: Use the Charge Jump move to reach the goal. The longer you hold down the 2 button, the more you'll slow down, but the higher you'll jump.
3: Use the Jump Dash move to reach the goal. Jump, then thrust the Wii remote forward to get extra distance.
4: Use Homing Attacks to defeat 10 Enemies. There are only 10 enemies on this level, so be sure you don't miss any.
5: Use proper braking to reach the goal. The path is so narrow you don't have to worry about steering. All you have to do is break if the spiked balls are in your way and wait for them to pass.
6: Use back moves and collect 25 Rings. The rings are behind you. Back up to collect them.
7: Use 10 small jumps and reach the Goal. Quickly tap the 2 button to make a small jump. The mission in to make 10 small jumps, but there are only 8 or so obstacles. Do a few jumps at the beginning to make sure you'll have 10 when you reach the goal.
8: Use grinding to reach the goal. You can accomplish this level if you make no controller inputs.
9: Use Speed Break to reach the goal.
10: Use Time Break to reach the goal.
11: Use Sliding Attacks to defeat 3 enemies.
12: Use Homing Attack while in Time Break
13: Use the Fire Gaze move and break 20 boxes.
14: Use Down Cancel.
15: Collect 10 Rings using Back Step.
16: Splash Jump Practice, Head for the Goal.
17: Use Mini-Turbo and head for the goal.
18: Perform a Rocket Start and reach the Goal.
19: Use Warp Dash and head for the goal.
20: Clear the stage as quickly as possible.
21: Clear the stage as quickly as possible.
Sand Oasis
1. Go for the Goal- Find King Shahryar. This Mission has Fire Souls.
2. Diehard Challenge- Don't get Defeated. This Mission has Fire Souls.
3. Head to Head- Beat Uhu to the Goal.
4. No Pearls- Don't Get any Pearls.
5. Special Challenge- Don't Break the Jar. This Mission has Fire Souls.
6. Diehard Challenge - Don't get Defeated. This Mission has Fire Souls.
7. Beat the Clock- Finish Within 120 seconds.
8. Perfect Challenge- Don't Take Damage.
9. Special Challenge- Break 5 jars. This Mission has Fire Souls.
10. Collect Rings - Collect 99 Rings. This Mission has Fire Souls.
11. Rampage! - Defeat 20 Enemies.
12. Chain of Rings - Get a 60 Ring Combo.
13. Defeat the Boss - Battle. Sand Scorpion. Defeating Sand Scorpion will get you a World Ring.
Dinosaur Jungle
1. Go for the Goal - Follow the Pterosaur. This Mission has Fire Souls.
2. Diehard Challenge - Don't get Defeated. This Mission has Fire Souls.
3. Collect Rings - Collect 99 Rings.
4. Perfect Challenge - Don't Take Damage.
5. Rampage! - Defeat 10 Enemies. This Mission has Fire Souls.
6. Stealth Attack - Don't Defeat Enemies. This Mission has Fire Souls.
7. Head to Head - Beat Uhu to the Goal.
8. Chain of Rings - Get a 30 Ring Combo.
9. Special Challenge - Smash 5 Genie Eggs. This Mission has Fire Souls. Winning this challenge will reward you with a World Ring.
10. Special Challenge - Get the Pterosaur Egg. This Mission has Fire Souls.
11. Collect Rings - Collect 99 Rings.
12. No Pearls - Don't Get any Pearls.
Evil Foundry
1. Go for the Goal - Head for the Center.

Pirate Storm
