Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords - PC XBOX/Characters
From WikiCheats
KotOR II has a novel system for interacting with the characters in your party called influence. By performing actions or speaking dialogue that the character likes, you'll gain influence with that character. If you do something they don't like, you'll lose influence.
The rewards for having a high influence with a character vary. All will reveal their backstory, and some will unlock bonuses for themselves or your main character.
Influence is tided to alignment. Light side characters (like Bau-Dur) will be influenced by good actions, Dark side characters (like HK-47) by cruel or selfish actions. Because of this, it's not possible to have a high influence with all the characters in your party.

Bao-Dur
Can be advanced to a Jedi. He can disable any shield. He has very effective Electric/Repulsor fists, so you may want to keep him unarmed.
Kreia
Kreia joins you at the beginning of the game. She starts off as a neutral Jedi. She will often advise you about the Force and Jedi powers, either in person or telepathically. To gain influence with her, she likes to think that she has influence over you. Listen (or pretend to listen) to what she says. She is also known as Darth Traya.
Atton Rand
To make him a Jedi, find out that he has Enchanti training on the secret Telos base, then learn his secret at Nar Shaddaa, then talk to him about his past. To gain influence, respect his opinions and thank him for his advice.
T3-M4
This trusty droid has returned from the first game. His computer and repair skills advance quickly, so he works well as your party's tech specialist. In combat, he's quite effective as a ranged attacker with two blaster pistols. To gain influence with T3-M4, avoid discussing how he could be damaged. Always assure him that he'll be alright and that you'll keep him in good repair. Saying "thank you" to him will gain influence. Always treat him as an indispensable friend, rather than a servant.
Handmaiden
Also known as the Last Handmaiden. Her real name, Brianna, is mentioned only once late in the game.
To make her a Jedi, fight and win against her three times. You then must make a comment about her clothing.
She advances to a Jedi Guardian.
Disciple
Available only to female characters. Mutually exclusive with the Last Handmaiden.
Visas Marr
Visas sneaks aboard the Ebon Hawk. You'll have to fight her before she joins your party.
Mandalore
It is hinted, though never stated, that this is Canderous Ordo from the first KotOR game. He can not be turned into a Jedi.
G0-T0
Note: G0-T0 is spelled with zeros (0) rather than the letter (O).
Mira
Mira is only available to light side characters. She is mutualy exclusive with Hanharr. To gain influence with her, say things that make her think you respect her abilities. She can be advanced to a Jedi. Take her to Nar Shaddaa, near the Cantina to unlock her storyline.
Hanharr
Available only to Darkside characters. To gain influence over him, do things that make you appear powerful. This means you should be as cruel as possible, something that you're doing anyway if you're darkside.
HK-47
Also a character in the first KotOR game, HK-47 is a fan favorite because of his numerous funny and otherwise classic lines. Some of the best can be found on Wikiquote.
To restore HK-47, you'll need the following parts:
- HK Vocabulator: acquire this from an HK droid on Peragus
- HK Control Cluster: you can buy this from merchants on Telos or Dantooine
- HK Droid Processor – buy from the droid merchant on Nar Shaddaa, located near the landing bay.
- HK Chassis – take this off of the HK droid in Vogga's Warehouse in Nar Shaddaa.
To gain influence with HK-47, chose to kill everything you can, whenever you can. Most of the things that influence him will give you Dark Side points, so only try to build influence with him if you are following the Dark Side.
