No Coin Healing
If you are low on health simply jump into a pool of water and submerge yourself then resurface. Your health meter will completely fill up once again.
Coin Post
By running five times around any post in a level will make 5 coins pop out of it.
Find Yoshi
Obtain all 120 Stars in the game and you can visit Yoshi on the roof of Peach's castle, where he will bestow upon you one hundred extra lives and an improved triple jump for your efforts.
Fat Penguin
After collect all 120 Stars, return to the 3rd World and re-race the penguin. He'll be fatter and harder to defeat but will give you a different message.
Final Message
Collect all 120 Stars and then re-fight the final Bowser to receive a different message.
