Continue Game
Hold the A or 2 button on the title screen and press Start. You will continue from the last world you were on.
Warp Zones
World 2, 3, 4
In World 1-2, work your way to where the elevators are going down first and then up. Ride the up elevator. When it is near the top, jump to the high brick platform. Walk forward and you can enter the pipes to warp forward to World 2, 3, or 4.
World 5
In World 4-2, ride up any up elevator. When you are about to reach the top, jump the the platform. Jump across any remaining gaps, and you can enter the pipe to World 5.
World 6, 7, 8
In World 4-2, get past the first gap with an elevator. Once across, jump up under the bricks. Invisible coin blocks will appear. Jump on those blocks and punch the brick blocks. A vine will grow out of them. Climb up the vine, and you will be able to collect a lot of coins and enter the pipe for World 6, 7, or 8.
Minus World
In World 1-2, go to the end of the level where there is a bent pipe. Break the second and third brick above, but do not break the brick touching the pipe. Now, face left, duck, and jump right. You will slide through the pipe and bricks. Enter the first pipe you see, and you will enter World -1.
World End Firework
When are reach the end of any non-castle level, touch the flagpole when the ones digit in the time remaining is a 1, 3, or 6. You will get one firework to explode for whatever number is showing in the time. Each firework is worth 500 points.
Small Fire Mario
In any castle stage, get to the end as either Super or Fire Mario. Get past Bowser and wait next to the axe. When Bowser is close enough, jump so that you land on both Bowser and the axe at the same time. You will flash, but you will not shrink. When you begin the next level, the next mushroom will shrink you. When you grab a Fire Flower, you will be Small Fire Mario. This effect will last until you lose a life. After that, things will return to normal.
