Overview/Strategy
Forever a pain in Link's side, Ganondorf is a fighter much like Bowser in that he is both extremely heavy and equally powerful. Ganondorf also possess a very cheap move known as the Gerudo Dragon (Right/Left + B) where he will snatch the nearest player and give him, her, or it a good pounding. In Melee, this move was much more powerful, but here in Brawl its effectiveness has been severely toned down in the interests of fairness. Although it too is weaker than its Melee counterpart, Ganondorf's Wizard's Foot attack (Down + B) is a great spike move that can home in on an opponent below. So to those who can cope with Ganondorf's pitiful jumping ability and sluggish movement, you will find one of the absolute strongest characters in the game at your disposal.

Special Notes
- Ganondorf can be unlocked by either completing Classic Mode on Hard with either Link or Zelda, or by playing 200 matches.
- Ganondorf possesses a Spike Move (see General Strategies for more information).

Final Smash: Ganon And to think he was a heavy and big enough character. Ganondorf turns into the gigantic Ganon, and does one huge ram attack to make you go flying...oh yeah, it hurts a lot, too, so even if you survive, you're vulnerable and fragile.
