Dangerous Beginning

  • 5 available passports

This first section is a game tutorial. When you get control of your character, you'll see an alley to your right, and another to your left. Each of them has a passport you can pick up. Go back to the main area and move forward until the game tells you about Bourne Instinct. By pressing Y (Xbox) or Triangle (PS3) important objects will be highlighted. You'll be able to see a third passport near the subway entrance. The location of your target will also show up on your mini-map. Head over to this area and you'll be attacked by one of O'Connor's thugs. The game will then teach you about hand to hand combat.

Proceed down the alley and you'll come to a door. Go inside and you'll have to fight a series of thugs in this bar. This is still the tutorial, so the game will teach you about takedowns.

Once you have taken out the bad guys here, grab the passport on one of the tables. Exit through the same door you came in. As soon as you go outside, someone will shoot at you, so you'll need to press the button indicated on the screen (it's random each time) to jump to cover. These are called quick action events. They often occur during cut scenes, so always pay attention and never put down your controller during scenes.

After he runs away, follow him. Just outside of the alley you'll have to fight two more guys. After they have been taken out, head around the corner. You'll have to react to another quick action event as that same guy takes another shot at you. You'll have another while your contact is speaking to you.

Sprint up the stairs and you'll have to fight your way through several thugs. Use takedowns to end these fights faster, because you'll only have 2 minutes to get to the next checkpoint. At the base of one of these staircases is an alcove with a passport. Once inside the hotel, head all the way to the end of the hall, and you'll have your first boss fight.

Fight him, then chase him on to the roof. The game will show you boss takedowns, but otherwise fighting him is just like fighting a regular guy, only he has more health.

Shipyard Infiltration

  • 10 available passports

Stealth kill the first guard by sneaking up behind him. Move forward and you'll draw your pistol. Use it to kill the second guard. Aim for the head to take him down in one shot, or use multiple shots to the body to kill him.

Move down the dock, then hide behind cover. Pop out and shoot the third guard.

Move forward and you'll see a dock worker. You can't shoot him, because he's a civilian, so you'll have to fistfight him. You should have enough adrenaline to do a take down right away. Pick the lock on the shed door and you'll have to fight one guy inside.

Inside, you'll hear a radio message that you've been discovered. There is no way to use the radio, so you'll have to fight your way forward. Go outside and go around the shed to your left. Behind the shed you'll find a passport.

Move forward and you'll see two dock workers. Use a sprinting takedown on the first one, if you have enough adrenaline. Fight both of them, and you'll then have to fight a guard. A helicopter will appear and threaten to shoot you. Your pistol is ineffective against the helicopter. Inside each of these sheds you'll find a passport.

Move forward to, and take out the next guard. Turn right and go along this dock. To the left is a passport near the boxes and debris. Around this time the helicopter will start shooting at you. You can hide behind metal objects, but the helicopter will shoot through wood objects. Keep going to the end and you can jump over to the barge at the end of the dock. From here you can jump to the next dock.

Move forward and jump over a second barge. In this area are some red propane tanks. Shoot these tanks to distract the helicopter and prevent it from hurting you.

Head toward the gate on this dock. You'll find it locked, but you can jump on to the barge next to it. This will take you into a building identified by the voice on the radio as the south warehouse. Kill the guard inside, then go up the stairs and kill the guard up there.

Enter the store room on the second floor and you'll start the first fight against Solomon. At the end of the fight, you'll toss him over a rail. Of course he's not actually dead and you'll confront him again later in the game.

After the fight, pick the lock on the gate to move forward. Go outside and you'll see the helicopter. Move forward until you get to a dead end. You'll see a boat with a propane tank ahead of you, so shoot that and you'll take down the helicopter.

Move forward and you'll see a scene with Solomon berating his men. You can't attack any of them at this time. Just to the right of where this scene takes place is a passport.

Move forward through the boat docks. Use your Bourne instinct to locate enemies and ambush them. Head into the building. Inside, someone will throw a flashbang grenade to try to stun you, then you'll have to fight a group of four guards.

Head outside, and to your right is a passport. Move forward, then up the stairs. Inside this next area you'll have to shoot several guards at long range. Go down the stairs, and to your left is another passport.

Head to the other side of the room, up the stairs and out the gate. You'll have to fistfight one group of guards in this area.

Move forward and you'll see a truck arrive. You'll have to shoot several men, but you'll also learn about shooting takedowns. Instead of fighting from where the game drops you after the scene, back up a bit and use the better cover behind the building.

Head to the other side of the truck, then down the stairs. When you go through this door, you'll have to shoot one guy. When you move around the next corner, you'll have to take out three guards in melee combat.

Past the next door are two guards with guns. Behind them is a shed, and to the left of the shack's door you'll find another passport.

Move forward, and if you get lost use your Bourne instinct to see where you should go. When you get to the fuel depot, you'll see a guard with a shotgun. Take him out, then get his gun. There is some ammo in the shed nearby. In this same shed is a computer that controls the fuel valves. Use this computer, then you'll have two minutes to get to the supply ship. Remember that holding the right trigger lets you sprint.

When you get to this boat, you'll see a scene, and then you'll have to fistfight a series of guards. After the second round of guards, you'll have to fight Solomon again. This fight is pretty much like the last time you fought him. When you've done enough damage, you'll see a scene and complete the level.

Assassinate Wombosi

In this first room you'll see two men talking. Shoot both of them, then take out the third guard in the other section of the room.

Move forward into the hall, then into the engine room. There are two guys here to take out. Use the controls on the right side of the room. If you can't find the controls, use your Bourne Instinct to locate them.

Exit through the door and you'll arrive in the mini-sub launching room. There is one guard here, but when you use the sub controls, you'll be attacked by several more. The second wave comes at you from the second floor. After you've taken them out, stand at the sub controls and look for the door ahead and to the left of the sub controls. It has opened to a small room which has a passport. When standing at the sub controls, the exit is to your left.

Head up to the second level, take out the enemies here, and use the sub controls. Exit, and head down the hall. At the end of the second hall, the room on your right has a passport. Grab it, then go to the room across the hall. This is the kitchen, and there are three enemies here.

The next room is the mess hall, and two guards will enter and attack you here. There is also a shotgun you can pick up here. The next hallway has several enemies. The small room on the left has a passport.

Move through the hall and at the end you'll find a locked door. Shoot the electrical box next to it to open the door.

In this next hall are some enemies, and the room on the left has a passport. As you approach the next room you'll see a scene. Move forward and eliminate all the guards you encounter.

You'll then come to a helicopter landing pad. Take out the guards, then walk up to the door of the helicopter. As you're disabling the chopper, a guard will take a shot at you. You'll have to press a button when indicated, then fight more guards. At the back of the boat, near the railing is a passport.

Enter the now open double doors directly in front of the helicopter. Take out the guys here. The two bars here make excellent cover. There is a passport in this room, as you enter look to the right.

Head upstairs and fight your way forward. You'll have to fight more guys at the pool area, then head back into the ship. Once inside you'll be asked to download some information from Wombosi's computer. You can find the computer by going into the room on your left, then into the room behind that one.

Enter the next room, and the general will come out and attack you. Fight him, then go into the room he came out of and grab his gun.

Move outside, take out the lone guard, and move forward. You'll have to destroy another electrical box to open the next door. This will take you to the bridge. Use the phone here to distract the guards by sending them down to the lower decks. Take out the lone guard that attacks you, then move into the next hall. There is a small alcove here that has a passport.

Pick the locked door, and you'll end up outside. Here you'll once again have to fight Solomon. After defeating him you'll complete the chapter.

Eliminate Divandelen

  • 10 available passports

Head down through the garage and fight any police you see. When you get to the van carrying Divandelen, you'll see a bunch of his armed men arrive and free him. Use your pistol to fight your way through the garage. Before you leave the garage, make sure you pick up one of the rifles they drop.

Outside on the street, you'll have to take out a bunch more of these men. Each time you take out one group, another will spawn, so don't think that the area is clear just because your radar is clear.

From the entrance, on the far side of the street, on the left hand side is a passport.

Head into the building and fight your way forward. When you get to the main concourse you'll see a construction area, and there is a passport here.

Head down the escalators and take out the terrorists there. Near the shops you'll have to deal with more enemies. In the shop called "Bucher und Geschenke" is a passport behind the cash register.

Fight your way to the far side of the concourse and up the escalator. Watch for snipers, but their projection dot laser sights give them away easily. Shooting takedowns work well against snipers.

When you do get to the far end, you'll see a room with airplane models. When you enter, two guys will jump through the window and you'll have to fist-fight them. Jump through the window to proceed.

Fight your way through the next room, then down the next escalator. Keep in mind that you can't perform takedowns while you're standing on the escalator. Once the area is clear, go to the back of the platform and you'll see a scene where Divandelen's train pulls away. Bourne will chase the train, and you'll have to press a button for him to jump on to it.

You'll then have to fight your way to the front of the train. Once you reach the front, you'll have to fist-fight one of Divandelen's henchmen. When you kill him, the train will stop and you'll have to chase Divandelen through the subway tunnels. His men will try to stop you, so you'll have to fight them. Watch out for the trains, you'll be able to see them because they only come toward you, but if they do hit you they'll kill you.

When you get to the end of the tunnel, take the stairs on your left. This takes you to some sort of loading area. You'll see a warehouse nearby, and there is a passport inside.

Head toward the plane on the runway, and when you get past the burning APC, you'll see a cut scene. Bourne will jump onto the plane. Fight the guys inside. When they push another APC at you, press the button on the screen to jump away from it. Fight a couple more guys, then go to the front of the plane.

You'll have to fist-fight Divandelen. After you've beaten him, you'll need to run for the back of the plane and grab the parachute. Once you have the chute, you'll have completed the level.

Escape the Embassy

After the opening cut scene, you'll have to fight three guys. You'll then have three minutes to escape. Marines will start shooting at you, but as long as you're sprinting away, they won't hit you. Dive under the gate that's coming down and run down the hall, toward the stairs. The room to the right of the right of the stairs is a security room which has a passport.

Head up the stairs to the third floor. Run down this hall and take out the guard in the suit with a running takedown, or fight him. When you've defeated him, keep going down the hall. Marines will appear and shoot at you, be sure you're running away from them. More Marines will appear from a room to the right, so keep running down the hall. A Marine will come up the stairs. Fight him, take the passport from the bench at the end of the hall, then head up the stairs.

On this floor you'll see some Marines checking offices. Head into the only room available to you, next to the gate. Hide behind the file cabinets, so they don't see you. They'll move to the next room (where they'll call a Staff Sergeant "sir") and you'll be able to move across the hall. You'll then have to fight this sergeant. The timer will reset at the start of this fight.

Go out the door on to the balcony. Run forward and jump to the next balcony. You'll have to fight one of the Marines here. Climb up the pipe, then traverse the rope. On the other side, you'll have to fight one guard, then run from the snipers. Upon jumping, you'll have to press the button indicated, or Bourne will surrender.

On the other side, you'll have to fight two guys. As soon as you've taken them out, run for the other side of the roof. Bourne will break a window and jump down into a second building.

From this room, take your first left, then enter the first room on your left. You'll find a passport, and a computer monitor on the far wall. This will start a new timer.

Head down this hall to the open gate and Bourne will jump through it. During this scene, you'll have to press the button you see on the screen to proceed. After this scene, head toward the marines shooting at you, then go into the room to your right. A guard will throw an ineffective flashbang into the room, then you'll have to fight him. There is a passport on one of the desks here. Go into the next hall. Some objects in the hall will block your progress, so go into the room here. A couple of guards will attack. Take them out, then go through the door they came through. This takes you back to the hall, so run through it. Be sure to run away from the people shooting at you. At the end of the long hall you'll see a scene showing Bourne escape and ending this chapter.

Silence Rurik

  • 10 available passports

During the opening scene you'll have to push the indicated buttons to shoot the anti-sniper and take out the target.

You'll end up in a room. Move forward, then down the stairs. Sprint away from the people shooting at you, into the bathroom. You'll have to fight three police officers. Be sure to exit through the opposite door you entered. Trying to exit through the same door you came in will get you shot.

Move forward and you'll encounter another police officer. After you beat him up, you'll see a scene and you'll have to press the indicated button to get away from the people shooting at you. Ahead you'll find the security room. Take out the officer here and then find a gun from the cabinet.

Once you have a shotgun find some cover. Soldiers will enter the next room and start shooting at you through the windows. Take them out. When the last one is dead, you'll hear someone talking about a breaching charge. Stay away from the door because they'll blow it up. Take out the men that attack you. Load up on ammo from the cabinet and move forward.

In the science room you'll have to shoot two soldiers. If you prefer a rifle, you can pick up one of theirs. Fight your way through the classrooms.

When you go through a door, you'll end up on a terrace. You'll have to fight a soldier here, but he's a mini-boss so it will take more than one takedown to defeat him.

Head into this next building. You'll have to fistfight some soldiers. Head down the stairs and pull out your gun, because you'll have to shoot some guys down here. At the bottom of the stairs is a small alcove where you'll find a passport.

The next area is a courtyard. If you're carrying a shotgun, you may want to trade it for a rifle because you'll be facing targets at longer range here. Stay away from the car near the entrance because it might explode. If you need a moment to recover your health, retreat back into the room you started in.

Take out all the bad guys here, then pick up any ammo they have dropped. When you get to the center of the courtyard, you'll be attacked by an armored personnel carrier. You'll have to press a button (a quick action event) during this scene to continue.

Use the monument/statue in the center of the courtyard as cover. Instead of sticking to it, just stand behind it. This will let you move around the monument when the APC moves. To destroy the APC, notice the two external fuel tanks. One is on the upper part of the APC, behind the turret. To hit this tank, peek out the left side of the monument so you can see the tank, but not the turret. The second fuel tank is directly below the turret, near the bottom of the APC. It is only visible when the APC moves out from behind the planters around the monument. Shoot both of these tanks and the APC will explode.

The exit to this courtyard there is a door on the ground floor. Use your Bourne instinct to find it. It leads to a library computer room. There is a passport under one of the desks here. Head up the stairs and shoot the guy at the top. You'll then have to take out the other soldiers here. Head up the stairs and fight the guys you find there. On the third floor you'll find a passport near one of the corners near the stairs you came up.

Go to the far side of this room and go down the stairs. At the bottom you'll find a door and a small room. The small room has a computer console that opens the door. The door leads outside.

When you go up the stairs a sniper will take a shot at you, and you'll have to press a button to dodge. Shoot the sniper, then the soldiers on the ground. Move to the left and you'll find a alley. There is a sniper on the far side, and some soldiers on the ground. When you take them out, a truck with more enemies will appear.

Once all these enemies area dead, head over to the truck, but don't enter the next courtyard. On the roof of the building across from you, next to the helicopter, is a sniper. Take him out and the helicopter will leave. Then take out the large number of enemies in this courtyard. Enter the building across the way. Take out the guys here, then you'll be told to create a distraction.

Use the lever at the far end of this room, and a fire will break out. You'll have two minutes to exit the building. From the lever, go to the stairs on the other side of the room, to your right. Shoot only those enemies you need to, and sprint by the others. Go up the stairs and sprint through the hallway until you reach a door. This door ends the level.

Paris Chase

This level starts off with a boss fight (his name is Castel). He's a bit harder than the other bosses, but your strategy remains the same.

After the fight, you'll start the driving portion of the game. Use the mini-map to navigate. First, make your way over to the tunnel. You'll find it blocked, so drive around until it opens. Be sure to use alleys to avoid the police.

When the tunnel is open, drive over to it and you'll have to press the buttons indicated to get through the scene. (a quick action event). You'll then find yourself in a tunnel. You have until the time expires to get to the next checkpoint.

Keep following checkpoints until you get to the parking garage. At the top of the garage you'll see a ramp you must jump. In this next area, drive into the building, then down the stairs. This next section is long, and consists of driving from waypoint to waypoint as quickly as you can.

Just past the section where you have to break down gates, you'll see a scene and you'll have a quick action event. After this scene you'll complete the level.

Disarm Renard

  • 10 available passports

On the far side of the room where you start you'll find a hallway. At the end of this hall is a pipe you can climb. At the top you'll have to beat up a couple of guards. On the top level you'll see some devices that look like anti-theft sensors you see in a store. There are red beams moving between them. If you try to walk through them you'll be blocked.

Head down the stairs and take out the guards you find down there. Head up the stairs on the far side and through the door. In this next room you'll have to fistfight two robbers. Head through the door and down the stairs. Take out the three robbers you find in the part of the room, then take out the other two on the far side. Watch for the robbers on the floor above you who will try to shoot you.

Go into the next room, which is full of scaffolding. To the left of the door is a passport. Head up the ramp, and at the top climb on to a pipe on the ceiling. Drop down to the walkway and go through the door. In this hallway, go to the left and you'll find a passport at the end of the hall. The other end of the hall has a mini-boss fight.

Exit into the next room. You'll see Renard in the room below you. Unlock the door to your left and go along the walkway. Fight the lone guard, then enter the air duct. You'll hear Renard talk about a dirty bomb, so your next objective is to search the area for it.

Head down the stairs and fight the two guys standing around talking. One of them has a gun, so you can pick it up once you've defeated them. There are four boxes nearby, and they show up on your radar if you activate the Bourne instinct. While you're searching them Renard and Azar will show up. The two groups will start shooting, so take out all the enemies you see and move forward.

Head into the next room, which is quite large. Make your way to the other side, and go up the stairs. The exit is just to the right of the stairs, but you can get a passport if you go along the walkway in the other direction.

Go through the exit. You'll have to fistfight three guys here. It takes more than one takedown to defeat each one. There are two exits to this room, but one of them is locked. In the next room you'll see some enemies rappel down from the roof. Take them out, go down stairs and move forward and to the left. You'll find a security office with a passport.

Move into the next room and you'll hear a message that Azar is getting away. You'll have four minutes to get him. This room is full of bad guys shooting at you, so don't rush forward. Take them all out before proceeding. Move down the hall and you'll see a flashbang go off. You'll have to fistfight a group of guys.

In the next area you'll see a fountain with some snipers on top of it. There is a passport to the right of the stairs going up. Once you get halfway up the stairs, you'll complete the level.

Survive the Professor

  • 5 available passports

You'll find yourself in a room pinned down by a sniper. Move to the cabinet on the far side of the window. Hit the "use" button and you'll knock it over and cover the window. Do the same thing in the next two rooms. There is a passport on the kitchen table.

Head up the stairs in your search for a shotgun. At the end of the hall are two rooms. The room on the left has a passport, the room on the right has a shotgun. Remember that this gun has only two shots, then it has to be reloaded. Head downstairs and sprint past any windows.

Once outside, if you go to your right you'll see an Easter egg: a snowman dressed as a cowboy. To your left you'll see a shed with a shotgun. Sprint over to this shed and use it as cover. Next, sprint forward to the small building or the woodpile. From there you can shoot the propane tank. Near the tank are some stairs, and near the stairs is a passport. Next, head to the left of the propane tank. You'll see a passport near the burning van. Move along the wall, in the opposite direction of the sniper. This will take you behind a building, and you should see the sniper's laser sight in the clearing ahead of you. Move toward the sniper to the wall near the dump truck. Shoot the truck's gas tank to provide more cover. Go through the hole in the wall just behind the truck and sprint to the rocks of the far side of this area. When you pass through the stone arch you'll see a cut scene and get a quick action event.

Your next objective is to infiltrate the barn. Sprint from cover to cover, and avoid the exploding gas tanks. When you reach the barn, head over to the right. You'll find a small area with a passport. You'll also see a box you can use to climb into the barn.

As soon as you enter a gas tank will explode and you'll have to push a button to roll away. You'll then have to kill the professor. He's in the barn below you. You can't kill him just by shooting him. You'll have to shoot him to build up your adrenaline meter, then use a takedown shot. This will cause him to flee into the next room and Bourne to jump down to the ground floor. When you go into the next room, you'll have a quick action event. You'll then have to fist fight the Professor. When you see the two of them break through the wall, you'll have a quick action event, then the level will be complete.

Treadstone Safehouse

  • 5 available passports

On the roof where you start, you'll have to take out one guard. Use the wire on the tower to get to the next rooftop. Fight the sniper here. You can then use his rifle to take out the other snipers in a quick action event. Behind the air conditioning units on this roof is a passport.

Jump to the next roof and fight the guy you find there. Climb up the small wall and you'll see another guard. In front of him is a garbage can with a pistol on it. You can either run up and fight the guard, or sneak up and grab the pistol and shoot him.

Jump over to the next roof and you'll see the laser sights of two snipers. Take them out, but before you move into the next area, watch for the two gunmen that are closer to you. Move forward and deal with the agents that come at you. Head over to the skylight and break through it.

After the next scene, you'll have to fistfight one agent. Several more will appear outside this small room, and you'll have to carefully fight your way down the stairs. Agents will come in from behind you, so watch out for them. If the agents above you are giving you trouble, head up the stairs to take them out. The agents below you won't follow quickly enough; you'll be able to take out the agents above you before the ones below you can get to you.

Eventually a door will break open and you'll have to fight a mini-boss. When you defeat him you'll have a quick action event.

You'll find yourself on the street outside. Fight your way forward. Watch for snipers at the intersection. When you get up to the walkway you'll have a quick action event as an agent tries to ambush you. You'll also have a van of agents show up and you'll have to take them out. As you enter the area with the van, there is a passport on the close right hand side.

The gate in this area will explode, and agents will come at you down this alley. Take them out in the alley, it's easier then letting them get into the area with the van.

As you enter the alley, an agent with a rocket launcher will pop out, shoot at either you or a car, then hide. Make sure you have some adrenaline so you can do a shooting takedown on him.

At the far end of this alley, are 2 guys with clubs you have to fight. Then you'll see a scene.

Inside the church your new objective is to eliminate Manheim, the assassin. You each have rifles, so remember to take cover. You should also take cover when he throws his explosive case at you. After a while he'll retreat to the rear of the church. Carefully follow him. When he finally gets behind the altar, shoot him a few more times and the two of you will fall though a window. You'll have a single-button quick action event, then you'll have to fistfight him.

When you see the cut scene and Bourne looks at the shovel, you'll have one final quick action button press, and you'll finish the game.
