The Land of Chocolate
Start off by jumping in between the giant pretzels onto the giant marshmallows. Use the double jump to get to the chocolate land on the other side. Here the white chocolate bunny will attack you; punch him to fight him off.
Head up the path to a chocolate fountain. Rabbits spawn from this fountain, so ignore the rabbits and attack the fountain.
There is a pretzel door you must smash down, and past that are three more fountains that spawn chocolate rabbits. Destroy the fountains to stop the rabbits from spawning. There is a pile of ice cream nearby, and the cherry is a button that raises a pair of ice cream sandwiches you can use to cross the chocolate river.
Climb the ladder on the other side and attack the white rabbit. Eat the white rabbit's head to turn into the Homer ball. This will cause you to fall through the floor and you'll encounter a bunch of rabbits and a giant rabbit head. Roll into the giant rabbit head to defeat it and finish the level.
Bartman Begins
Cross the gap, destroy the box, and jump the wall. You'll come to a wall of boxes. Use Bart's slingshot to destroy it. If you don't have enough energy you can also smash it.
Next you'll see two buttons. Have Bart stand on the left one and Homer stand on the right one. Some platforms will come into position, so keep Homer standing on the button and have Bart move forward and up the stairs. At the top you'll have to use a jump-glide to get across the gap. Here you'll find another button that will allow Homer to rejoin Bart.
Next, have Bart climb up the vines. He'll then have to jump across a couple of platforms Use the trampoline to get to the platform above it. There you'll find two buttons. Have Bart stand on one and Homer stand on the other. This will cause a passage to open.
In the next room is a skeleton of a dinosaur. Use the ladder to climb on top of it, then have Homer walk to the head. This will tip the tail up, allowing Bart to jump from there and glide into the next room.
In this room is a model of a volcano. Use the button to activate it, then stand on top of it and use your glide ability. This will propel you up where you can reach a wire. Hang onto this wire to get to a tree. Climb up the tree and look around for a skeleton of a swimming dinosaur. Shoot the wire holding it up and it will fall and reveal a passage.
You'll then find a "Zap the Past" display. Grab the robot suit here and use the laser to shoot through the glass doors to the sensor on the other side. This will open the doors.
Inside the display is Kearney, the bully. You have to shoot the things next to him to get him to move to the right. When he finally emerges, you'll have to fight him.
Next move to the planetarium. Have Bart climb onto the moon rock, and from there jump onto the upside down rocket engine. Now have Homer turn on the engines. This will blow Bart up, if he is using his glide cape. Jump from engine to engine until you can reach the space shuttle. From there jump from planet to planet, then to the satellite, then to Earth. From there you can jump to the UFOs, and the highest UFO has Jumbo. Attack and defeat him to finish the level.
