The Onyx has dots on it. When the Onyx creates copies, the real one has four dots, not three.

Beating Cardia At The End

At the end, Cardia will make a huge circle of tumors. You need to use your healing touch. If you're playing as Valerie, just ignore the tumors and and keep burning it because the patient's vitals won't drop. If you're playing as Markus, quickly remove all the tumors and you should have enough time left to burn it.
