1-1 In a Remote Town
Stabilize the patient with the syringe. Sew up the lacerations. Treat the smaller wounds with the antibiotic gel. Disinfect the incision area with the antibiotic gel. Cut along the dotted line with the scalpel. Remove the bone fragments with the forceps, you must remove them in the same angle that they are lodged in. Be careful placing the fragments on the tray as if you miss the fragments will re-lodge in the patient and you will have to remove them again. Use the forceps to place the warped bone back in place in the arm. Use the forceps to piece the bone fragments back together to reassemble the bones of the arm, you will have to rotate the remote to properly align the fragments. Use the antibiotic gel to seal the bone. Suture the wound closed. Place antibiotic gel on the closed wound. Place the bandage and you’re done.

1-2 Montgomery Memorial
Place antibiotic gel over the incision area and cut open the patient. Use the laser to burn off the small tumors, use antibiotic gel to heal the resulting wounds. Use the ultrasound to find the large tumors. Cut the large tumor with the scalpel, drain it, cut around the tumor, remove it with the forceps and place the large tumor on the tray, place a membrane from the tray on top of the wound, and use antibiotic gel to seal the wound. Repeat this process on the remaining large tumors, there are a total of 4 large tumors. Treat any small tumors with the laser and the resulting wounds with the antibiotic gel. Suture the wound, place antibiotic gel over the closed wound, and bandaged the closed wound and you’re done.
1-3 Snowstorm
Drain the blood and suture the lacerations. When you expose the gunshot wound, affix the membrane with the forceps and apply the antibiotic gel to the membrane. Treat the incision area with antibiotic gel and cut the patient open. Drain the blood from the heart and expose the gunshot wound, keep an eye on the vitals and use the syringe to boost the vitals when necessary. Cut along the dotted line on the gunshot wound and drain the resulting blood. Extract the bullet. The vitals will drop to 10 now, you will need you watch the vitals closely now. You will have to drain the blood from the gunshot wound again and cut it open again and remove another bullet fragment, drain the blood, place the membrane, and affix the membrane with antibiotic gel. Use the defibrillator to resuscitate the patient and you’re almost done. Suture the wound, apply antibiotic gel to the closed wound, apply the bandage to the closed wound and you’re done.
1-4 Sorcery of Salvation
Apply antibiotic gel to the incision site, cut along the incision cite. Use antibiotic gel on the hemorrhaging. Use the laser to disable the old control chips, the chips are the blue circles on the machine in the upper right of the screen. Cut around each chip to free it from the pump and remove it with the forceps. Place the new chips in the pump with the forceps. Deal with any hemorrhaging that may come up with the antibiotic gel. Use the drain when the patient begins to hemorrhage massively but don’t worry because Dr. Vaughn will use his Healing Touch. Finish placing the chips.

1-5 An Aging Hospital
Apply antibiotic gel to the incision area and cut along the incision mark. Use the syringe to inject the anti-inflammatory (blue liquid) into the red dots. Use the ultrasound to find the large tumors. Cut the large tumor with the scalpel, drain it, cut around the tumor, remove the tumor with the forceps, and place the large tumor on the tray, place a membrane from the tray on top of the wound, and use antibiotic gel to seal the wound. There are two large tumors in the screen you start on, use the ultrasound tool to scroll around the patient looking for the other three large tumors in the patient. Make sure you get the rest of the red dots too. Suture the wound, apply antibiotic gel to the closed wound, bandage the closed wound and you’re done.
1-6 Awakening
Drain the blood and treat the wounds with the antibiotic gel. Treat any of the incision area with antibiotic gel that needs it and cut open the patient. Drain the blood and suture the lacerations. Use the ultrasound to look for hemorrhages, use the scalpel to open the hemorrhages, drain the blood, suture the wound, and repeat. Deal with any addition lacerations that appear. At one point during the procedure, the patient’s vitals will drop to one but don’t worry as Dr. Blaylock will use the Healing Touch. Suture the wound, apply antibiotic gel to the closed wound, and bandage the closed wound and you’re done.
