Old Man Barlo is located on the southwest shore of Silmyr Lake in the Terokkar Forest, just outside Shattrath City. Each day high level fishermen can get a new quest from him. The quest is the same for everyone, but changes each day.
The reward for all these quests is the same: a bag of fishing treasures. This grab bag can have just about anything inside of it. Fishhooks, gold, cooking recipes and junk are all common.

Shrimpin' Ain't Easy
Bring 10 Giant Freshwater Shrimp to Old Man Barlo. You can get these shrimp by opening Bloated Barbed Gill Trout.
You can catch Bloated Barbed Gill Trout anywhere in Zangarmarsh. The odds of catching one are not improved by fishing in a school of fish.
Felblood Fillet
Bring a Monstrous Felblood to Old Man Barlo. These fish can only be found in Hellfire Peninsula or Shadowmoon Valley. There are only a few places to fish in either of these areas. In Hellfire Peninsula you can only catch them in the northeast side of the Pools of Aggonar.
Crocolisks in the City
Bring a Baby Crocolisk to Old Man Barlo. Baby Crocolisks are found in Orgrimmar or the canals of Stormwind.
Bait Bandits
Bring a Blackfin Darter to Old Man Barlo. They are found in the rivers of Terokkar. Although he says they are difficult to catch, they are no harder than other fish.
