Divine Retribution

  • Region: Searing Gorge
  • Questgiver: Kalaran Windblade, just south of Thorium Point
  • Faction: Both
  • XP: 625
  • Objective: Listen as Kalaran Windblade tells his story.

The Flawless Flame

  • Objectives: Collect 4 Hearts of Flame and 4 globes of Golem Oil and return the items to Kalaran Windblade.
  • Reward: 1 gold 40 silver
  • XP: 6300

Hearts of Flame drop off fire elementals in the area. The Golem Oil drops off any of the Golems in the area. You may as well do this quest in conjunction with Curse These Fat Fingers, which also requires you to kill Golems.


Forging the Shaft

  • Objective: Bring 8 Thorium Plated Daggers to Kalaran Windblade
  • Reward: 1 gold 40 silver
  • XP: 6300

These daggers drop off of Dark Iron taskmasters and slavers. The quest Job Opportunity: Culling the Competition also calls for killing taskmasters and slavers, so you may want to do them at the same time.

The Flame's Casing

  • Objective: Find and return a Symbol of Ragnaros to Kalaran Windblade.
  • Reward: 75 silver
  • XP: 6800

These drop off the cultists on Firewatch ridge.

The Torch of Retribution

  • Objective: Wait for Kalaran Windblade to complete the Torch of Retribution.
  • XP: 675

  • Objective: Pick up the Torch of Retribution. It is the glowing green object next to Kalaran.
  • XP: 6800

Squire Maltrake

  • Objective: Speak with Squrie Maltrake, standing next to Kalaran.
  • XP: 675

Set Them Ablaze!

  • Objective: Set the North, South, East, and West Sentry Towers on fire by using the Torch of Retribution inside each of the buildings.
  • XP: 11,000
  • Rewards: 2 gold 30 silver and choice of:
    • Dragonflight Leggings (cloth, legs, green, 58 armor, +14 spirit, +6 intellect, Equip: Increases damage and healing done by magical spells and effects by up to 15.)
    • Drakefire Headguard (head, mail, 226 armor, +5 strength, +9 intellect, +15 spirit)
    • Axe of the Ebon Drake (one hand axe, 40-75 damage, speed 1.9, 30.3 DPS, +9 strength)

To light the towers, you must have the torch equipped as your weapon. The towers are located on the west and south edges of the Cauldron. The lighting point is on the second floor of the towers.

Trinkets

  • Objective: Open the chest
  • XP: 675

You'll receive several items, including the "Black Dragonflight Molt." This item can be used in the quest A Taste of Flame.
