On PvP servers the Hillsbrad Foothills, especially the area between Southshrore and Tarren Mill, is often the scene of fierce player against player combat.

Transportation

Hillsbard serves a hub that connects many areas. The Sliverpine Forest, the Arathi Highlands, and the Alterac Mountains can all be reached by road.

There is a path behind Durnholde Keep that goes through the mountains to The Hinterlands.

The Western Plaguelands can be reached by following the riverbank north, for those who don't want to take the road through the Alterac Mountains.

There are also flightmasters in both Southshore and Tarren Mill.
