Luck Be With You

  • Questgiver: Witch Doctor Mau'ari, in Everlook
  • Region: Winterspring
  • Rewards: 90 silver
  • XP: 9550
  • Objective: Collect 4 Frontmaul Shards for Witch Doctor Mau'ari in Everlook.

The shards are located on the ground in Frostwhiper Gorge. The area is guarded by level 60 elites.

Although a part of the quest text says 10 shards are needed, you need only 4 to complete the quest.

You can collect shards without fighting the giants on the northwest corner of the gorge (59,66) , directly south of Dun Mandarr. Here is a path that leads in and out of the gorge, and there are two shards you can collect. They respawn after a while, so it will take two trips to this area.

Cache of Mau'ari

  • Objective: Speak to Witch Doctor Mau'ari again in a moment to receive the lucky charm.
  • XP: none
  • Reward: Chache of Mau'ari

By carrying this item with you in your inventory you can loot e'ko from corpses in Winterspring. You can then turn these in to Witch Doctor Mau'ari for buffs.
