A Strange Red Key

  • Region: Felwood

This quest starts with an object, the Strange Red Key. It randomly drops off mobs in Shadow hold. The key is to the cage holding Captured Arko'narin, an NPC questgiver. The cage is located in the first room inside Shadow Hold. Bringing the key to Arko'narin ends the first quest and starts a second. If the cage is empty, that means someone else in currently doing the quest chain. It usually takes someone about five minutes to to either finish or fail the quest. Come back after this amount of time and Arko'narin will probably be back in the cage.

Rescue From Jaedenar

  • Objectives: Escort Arko'Narin to where Lightforge and her equipment are being held, and then protect her as you escape Shadow Hold. Afterwards, seek out Jessir Moonbow in Felwood to let her know what's happened to her friends.

This is a fairly popular quest so you may want to ask on the general channel if anyone would like to join you. It makes the quest more available to other players and it's always nice to have help with an escort quest.

Jessir Moonbow is located in the Emerald Sanctuary, the druid outpost in southern Felwood.
