Strange Alliance
- Questgiver: Captain Pentigast, Nijel's Point, Desolace
- Faction: Alliance
- XP: 2450
- Objective: Gain a Friendly reputation with the Gelkis, then speak with Uthek the Wise
Performing this quest will get you a hostile reputation with the Magram, making the quest Brutal Politics practically impossible. You should choose to do one of these two quests.
In order to gain a friendly reputation with the Gelkis, you must kill Magram centuars. They are located on the southeast side of Desolace in the Magram Village. You receive +20 rep for each centuar you kill.
Uthek the Wise is located in the Gelkis Village on the southwest side of Desolace.
Raid on the Kolkar
- Maintain your reputation with the Gelkis, and bring 10 Crude Charms to Uthek the Wise in the Gelkis Village in Desolace.
- XP: 2700
To maintain your reputation, all you must do is not kill any Gelkis centaurs.
The charms drop off Kolkar Centaurs, who are located north of the Magram Village.
Stealing Supplies
- Objective: Bring 6 bags of Crudely Dried Meat to Uthek the Wise in Gelkis Village.
- XP: 1650
- Reward: choice of:
- Silver Star (thrown, 28-53 damage, speed 2.3, 17.6 DPS)
- 200 Feathered Arrow (projectile, adds 9.5 DPS)
- 200 Ekploding Shot (projectile, addes 9.5 DPS)
The supplies are in containers on the outside of tents in the Magram Village.
Ongeku
- Objective: Mantain your reputation with the Gelkis, and bring a Draenethyst Shard to Uthek the Wise in the Gelkis Village in Desolace.
The shard is found in the Swamp of Sorrows.
