Wanted: Goreclaw the Ravenous

  • Questgiver: the Wanted Poster in Mudsprocket, Dustwallow Marsh
  • Objective: Kill Goreclaw the Ravenous and report to Drazzit Dripvalve in Mudsprocket.
  • Reward: 45 silver and choice of:
    • Raptorhide Legguards (legs, leather, green, 96 armor, +14 intellect, +6 spirit)
    • Raptor Eye Ring (green, +7 agility, +4 stamina)
    • Protective Engineer's Leggings (legs, plate, green, 232 armor, +11 strength, +10 intellect)

You'll have to fight your way into the raptor den, so you might as well pick up the quest Bloodfen Feathers which requires you to kill raptors.

Goreclaw is a level 39 raptor. He's found in the Bloodfen Burrow (32,67), and you'll have to clear out many of the raptors there to get to him. If you move along the hills on the south side of the burrow, you'll be able to get to Goreclaw with a minimum of clearing.
